Inclusion Criteria
Women with infertility and oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea who have hysteroscopically diagnosed severe AS were enrolled. All included women remained oligomenorrheic or amenorrheic and had thin endometrium (late proliferative endometrial thickness (EMT) <5mm) after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis followed by hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Other inclusion criteria were; i) age of 20 to 44, ii) body mass index (BMI) <30 kg/m², iii) serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level =1.0 ng/mL.
