This is a Randomized clinical trial
Subjects will be included according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The entire procedure involved in this study will be explained to each subject. A written informed consent will be obtained from the participants. Demographic data of the participants will be collected. Patients will be assessed for visual analogue scale (VAS), Range of Motion (ROM), WOMAC scale pre and post to the intervention. Group A that is intervention group will receive movement with mobilization by the physiotherapist for knee joint medial and lateral glide along with progressive resisted exercises for 5 days per week for 2 weeks each lasting for 30 min. Group B that is comparative group will receive self movement with mobilization under observation for knee joint medial and lateral glide along with progressive resisted exercises for 5 days per week for 2 weeks each lasting for 30 min.

入选标准
- •Clinically and radiographically confirmed knee osteoarthritis base on Kellgren-Lawrence Grade 2 and 3
- •Knee pain for more than 3 months.
- •Limited knee joint range of motion compared to contralateral side or normal range of motion.
- •Participants willing to provide written informed consent and commit to the study protocol.
- •Participants who are not engaged in pervious physiotherapy treatment.
排除标准
- •1.Recent trauma or injury to the knee in the last 6 months.
- •2.Previous knee joint replacement surgery or significant knee surgeries.
- •3.Neurological Conditions such as stroke, peripheral neuropathies 4.Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or other inflammatory joint diseases.
- •5.Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases.
- •6.Osteoporosis and severe joint instability.
