入选标准
- •Adults aged older than years who can faithfully monitor blood glucose for 2 weeks, consume 4 types of meals provided, and monitor blood glucose for 2 hours after meals.
排除标准
- •1) A person who has skin inflammation and or dermatopathy
- •2) A person who is scheduled to receive treatment with strong magnetic or electromagnetic radiation, such as X-rays, MRI, and CT scans, during the meal intervention period
- •3) A person who has a history of metabolic disease and who are currently taking drugs
