Inclusion Criteria
Adults aged older than years who can faithfully monitor blood glucose for 2 weeks, consume 4 types of meals provided, and monitor blood glucose for 2 hours after meals.
Exclusion Criteria
1) A person who has skin inflammation and or dermatopathy
2) A person who is scheduled to receive treatment with strong magnetic or electromagnetic radiation, such as X-rays, MRI, and CT scans, during the meal intervention period
3) A person who has a history of metabolic disease and who are currently taking drugs
