- •1. Chronic Fissure-in-ano.
- •2. Fissure in ano due to secondary causes such as Crohnâ??s Disease, HIV, Ulcerative Colitis,
- •3. Carcinoma of Rectum, Tuberculosis.
- •4. Fissure in ano associated with Hemorrhoids, Fistula-in-ano.
- •5. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus.
