1.Participant with a diagnosis of OCD by DSM-5 TR.
2.Clinically significant OCD symptoms(YBOCS >16).
3.On anti-obsessional agents for at least 8 weeks prior to the intervention period.
4.No change in medication in the past 2 weeks (except for benzodiazepine), and not planned to undergo the same.
5.Not engaged in CBT/ERP in the past 2 weeks, and not planned to undergo the same during the 5-day intervention period.
6.Providing written informed consent.
1.Patients with primary psychotic or primary mood disorders.
2.Patients with a neurological disorder like multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, or encephalopathy due to any cause.
3.Patients with any intracranial metallic and electric implants.
4.Patients with comorbid organic brain syndrome and intellectual disability.
5.Patients with OCD associated underlying organic illness
