Inclusion Criteria
Age = 65 years
- Operation (elective or emergency surgery)
- Patients of the three wards (surgery, orthopedics or urology)
- Polypharmacy (= 5 drugs)
- Multimorbidity (= 3 diseases)
- Cognitive decline (MMSE = 26)
Exclusion Criteria
- Delirium already before surgery
- advanced tumour diseases
