Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients willing to participate in the study
- •2.Age group between 50-65 years
- •3.Well-formed residual alveolar ridges
- •4.No severe undercuts or bony exostosis
- •5.Firm mucosa all over the denture bearing area with no signs of inflammation, ulceration or hyperplasia
- •6.Absence of systemic disease
- •7.Average quantity and consistency of saliva
- •8.Normal TMJ function.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Extremely resorbed alveolar ridges (order V, VI)
- •2.High palatal vault
- •3.Flabby anterior ridge
- •4.Poor neuromuscular control
- •5.Oral submucous fibrosis
- •6.Neuromuscular disorders (myositis, muscular dystrophy)
