Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients willing to participate in the study
  • •2\.Age group between 50\-65 years
  • •3\.Well\-formed residual alveolar ridges
  • •4\.No severe undercuts or bony exostosis
  • •5\.Firm mucosa all over the denture bearing area with no signs of inflammation, ulceration or hyperplasia
  • •6\.Absence of systemic disease
  • •7\.Average quantity and consistency of saliva
  • •8\.Normal TMJ function.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Extremely resorbed alveolar ridges (order V, VI)
  • •2\.High palatal vault
  • •3\.Flabby anterior ridge
  • •4\.Poor neuromuscular control
  • •5\.Oral submucous fibrosis
  • •6\.Neuromuscular disorders (myositis, muscular dystrophy)
