Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergy to pineapple, curcuma, celery, carrot and fennel
- •Renal failure (GFR\<30\)
- •liver failure (Child pugh B,C)
- •Hemophillia
- •Using two antiplatelet drug
- •Using one anti platelet and one anti coagulant drug
