Inclusion Criteria
1. Pain (NRS >2) around coccyx.
2. Duration of atleast 6 weeks with conservative therapy.
3. Patient willingness to participate in the study
4. 50% pain relief after diagnostic block with 0.25% bipivacaine.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Less than 15 years and more than 75 years of age.
2. Hypersensitivity to local anesthesia.
3. Coagulopathies.
4. Other invasive lesions.
5. Radicular pain, pelvic, gynecological disorders.
