Puerperas of physiological vaginal birth to term; over 18 years; with mobile phone or similar compatible with the application

Exclusion Criteria

Women with urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse; gynecological surgeries for correction of previous pelvic floor dysfunctions; pelvic radiotherapy; collagen diseases; apparent mental state that makes collection impossible
