Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women at 28-34 weeks of gestational age, in preterm labour or before preterm caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
Preterm premature rupture of membranes, chorioamnionitis, congenital fetal malformations, positive foam stability test (for lung maturity) in amniotic fluid
