- •Patient with metastatic epidural spinal cord compression admit to Siriraj Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patient with history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
- •2.Patient currently receive anticoagulant medication at the time of admission
- •3.Patient with history of other spinal procedure
