1. Women with Asherman’s syndrome that have undergone hysteroscopic adhesiolysis resulting in
Normal/optimal cavity size yet atrophic endometrium ( <5 mm) on ultrasound despite standard estrogen therapy
2. Women with refractory atrophic endometrium ( <5 mm endometrial thickness on ultrasound) despite standard estrogen therapy
3. Willing to participate in the study
1. Women with Asherman’s syndrome after surgical correction with suboptimal uterine cavity
2. Genital tuberculosis (the disease has profound effects on compromising cavity size, compromising sub-endometrial vascularity and being a pilot work will be selective on cases)
3. Hematologic disorders, hemoglobin level of <11.0 g/dL or platelet count of <150,000/µl
4. Chronic autoimmune diseases
5. Refusal to participate in study
