Inclusion Criteria
All adult active smokers or vapers aged 18 years old and above who agree to participate in the study.
The patient quit date falls between January 2024 until March 2024.
Exclusion Criteria
refuse smoking cessation counselling
has a severe mental illness
is unable to come for the follow-up clinic visits
is currently under QSC active follow-up (within 6 months)
is currently on nicotine replacement therapy
