入排标准
入选标准
- •Participant has given written informed consent.
- •Age between 30-70 years .
- •Presence of a diabetic foot ulcer corresponding to Wagner scale grade 1 to 3.
- •Continuous existence of the diabetic foot lesion for a minimum of 4 weeks
排除标准
- •Presence of a diabetic foot ulcer corresponding to Wagner scale greater than grade 4 and 5.
- •Patient with Chronic complication like Nephropathy ,Retinopathy and Neuropathy, amputation of the extremity. The other complications include gangrene of the foot, osteomyelitis, permanent deformity, and risk of sepsis. .
- •Indication for amputation above the ankle level of the same extremity
- •Malignancy of the wound
- •Exposed nerves, vessels or anastomotic areas
- •Immuno compromised patients.
- •Simultaneous participation in other interventional trials
