Participant has given written informed consent.
Age between 30-70 years .
Presence of a diabetic foot ulcer corresponding to Wagner scale grade 1 to 3.
Continuous existence of the diabetic foot lesion for a minimum of 4 weeks
Presence of a diabetic foot ulcer corresponding to Wagner scale greater than grade 4 and 5.
Patient with Chronic complication like Nephropathy ,Retinopathy and Neuropathy, amputation of the extremity. The other complications include gangrene of the foot, osteomyelitis, permanent deformity, and risk of sepsis. .
Pregnancy
Indication for amputation above the ankle level of the same extremity
Malignancy of the wound
Exposed nerves, vessels or anastomotic areas
Immuno compromised patients.
Simultaneous participation in other interventional trials
