Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •age \> 18 years
- •ASA physical status 1\-3
- •no contraindication of neuraxial anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •refuse to participate this study
- •allergy to drug using in this study
- •age \<18 years
- •ASA physical status \> 3
- •contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia
- •uncontrolled hypertension or Blood pressure greater than 140/90 mmmHg
- •history of heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, cardiac surgery, coronary artery disease
- •history of upper GI bleeding, gastric ulcer
- •history of abnormal liver enzyme, hepatic failure, renal failure, organ transplantation, coagulopathy
- •chronic opiod user defined as using opiods drug almost/everyday for three consecutive months or more than 60 mg/day for one month
