入选标准
- •Histologically confirmed non metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma classified as AJCC stage I to III
- •Disease assessed as unresectable by a multidisciplinary team
- •Planned to receive chemotherapy radiotherapy or combined treatment according to standard care
- •Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status 0 to 2
- •Estimated life expectancy of at least 6 months
- •Able and willing to provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •Uncorrectable coagulopathy defined as INR greater than 1.5 activated partial thromboplastin time greater than two times the upper limit of normal or platelet count less than 50000 after appropriate correction
- •Uncontrolled infection or sepsis
- •Poor visualization of the portal vein during endoscopic ultrasound
- •Contraindication to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or sedation
- •Unable or unwilling to comply with study procedures or follow up
