Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) This clinical trial is a randomized prospective study conducted on adult males and females aged 18\-80 years with non\-pedunculated colorectal polyps larger than 20mm in the right colon (from the cecum to the splenic flexure). (2\)The study is conducted only with individuals who have provided consent to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients suspected of colonic obstruction.
- •(2\) Patients who have undergone colorectal surgery.
- •(3\) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.
- •(4\) Patients who cannot discontinue anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications.
- •(5\) Pregnant and lactating women.
- •(6\) Patients with underlying conditions that make adequate evaluation with colonoscopy difficult.
- •(7\) Patients with colonic lesions suspected to invade the deep submucosal layer based on colonoscopic findings.
- •(8\) Patients who have undergone submucosal dissection for the removal of colonic neoplasia.
