1. male or female aged 18 to 35 years;
2. meet the Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 26;
3. sign the informed consent as a subject voluntarily.
(1) those who have large or small traumatic injury, skin ulcer and other skin defects wound at Zusanli acupoint;
(2) those who digestive system has organic lesion after ultrasonic examination;
(3) participants with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic system, or mental disorder;
(4) have been taking psychotropic drugs and the medicine that affects digestion recently;
(5) participants who couldnt cooperate with researcher or unwilling to accept acupuncture intervention;
(6) those who have participated in any other clinical trials in the past 3 months;
(7) those who are considered inappropriate to be included in this trial by researchers.
