- •1.Irreversible pulpits of mandibular first molar teeth
- •2.Vital teeth with no previous history of root canal treatment
- •3.Teeth with no periapical pathology.
排除标准
- •1.Known hypersensitivity to piroxicam and local anesthesia
- •2.Pregnancy or lactation
- •3.patients allergetic to other NSAIDs and asthmatic
- •4.History of peptic ulcer
- •5.Patients less than 14 years
- •6.Patients with renal and hepatic disorders
- •7.Patients with bleeding disorder and under anticoagulant therapy
- •8.patients who take NSAIDS, antidepressants, sedatives 24 hours before root canal Treatment
