Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Chronic Stable Heart Failure whose treatment has not been modified for the last 4 weeks
- •2\)NYHA II/III
- •3\)Testosterone Naive patients
- •4\)Willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any Contraindication to transdermal Testosterone therapy
- •2\)Deranged Prostate Specific Antigen
- •3\)Deranged Renal Function
- •3\)Any ongoing or past malignancy
