入选标准
- •â€¢ Age > 18 years old
- •â€¢ Diagnosed of sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock according to 1992 criteria.
- •â€¢ Admission to medical wards, a respiratory care unit or a medical intensive care unit less than 48 hours.
- •â€¢ Intubation and on nasogastric tube.
- •â€¢ Receive antibiotic less than 48 hours.
- •â€¢ Able to receive enteral feeding.
排除标准
- •â€¢ Terminally ill patients.
- •â€¢ Pregnancy.
- •â€¢ Diarrhea or hematochezia.
- •â€¢ Short bowel disease.
- •â€¢ History of allergy to milk or soybean.
- •â€¢ Contraindication to enteral feeding.
- •â€¢ Immunocompromised (AIDS, malignant hemopathy, neutrophil count less than 500 per mm3, cytostatic chemotherapy during the past 3 months, before ICU admission)
