Inclusion Criteria
1. diagnosed breast cancer
2. female
3. obtaining total or simple mastectomy or partial mastectomy or breast - conserving surgery
4. Three or more of score in Anxiety Visual Scale
Exclusion Criteria
1. seven or more of score in pain scale
2. diagnosed dementia, mental retardation, or mind cognitive impairment
3. diagnosed deaf or dumb or containing other limitations for writing diary
4. diagnosed psychiatric disorder
