Inclusion Criteria

inclusion criteria for patients with orphan lung disesase:
- proven lung disesase, e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis
inclusion criteria for healthy control subjects
- normal pulmonary function test
- no smoking within the last 5 years and less than 5 packyears in total
- no anamnestic history for lung diseases

Exclusion Criteria

exclusion criteria for all subjects:
- no significant respiratory tract infection in the last 4 weeks
- impairment of physical activity because of extrapulmonary diseases (e.g. clinically significant athrosis of the hip or knees or peripheral artery disease of the legs)
