Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •inclusion criteria for patients with orphan lung disesase:
- •\- proven lung disesase, e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis
- •inclusion criteria for healthy control subjects
- •\- normal pulmonary function test
- •\- no smoking within the last 5 years and less than 5 packyears in total
- •\- no anamnestic history for lung diseases
Exclusion Criteria
- •exclusion criteria for all subjects:
- •\- no significant respiratory tract infection in the last 4 weeks
- •\- impairment of physical activity because of extrapulmonary diseases (e.g. clinically significant athrosis of the hip or knees or peripheral artery disease of the legs)
