•inclusion criteria for patients with orphan lung disesase:
•\- proven lung disesase, e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis
•inclusion criteria for healthy control subjects
•\- normal pulmonary function test
•\- no smoking within the last 5 years and less than 5 packyears in total
•\- no anamnestic history for lung diseases

•exclusion criteria for all subjects:
•\- no significant respiratory tract infection in the last 4 weeks
•\- impairment of physical activity because of extrapulmonary diseases (e.g. clinically significant athrosis of the hip or knees or peripheral artery disease of the legs)
