Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged 19 years or older who visit outpatient clinic of Seoul National University Hospital, and undergo chest radiographs with posteroanterior projection
2. Patients with critical value reporting (CVR) for pneumothorax or pneumoperitoneum in chest radiographs

Name Time Method Rate of CVR within 8 hours from the acquisition of radiograph
