Inclusion Criteria
patients coming for orthopedic lower limb surgery.
patients with indication for combined spinal epidural anaesthesia. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status I-II.
Exclusion Criteria
Deranged coagulation profile. Procedure skin site infection. Pregnant females. Patients having clinical features of raised intracranial pressure. previous spinal surgery.
