Inclusion Criteria
Interval between two cycles exceed more than 35 days and amount is also less
If the duration of menstrual flow is 2 days or less
Painful menstruation along with these symptoms
History of symptoms fulfilling the diagnostic criteria (minimum 2 months history)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients taking Oral contraceptive pills
Pregnant and lactating mothers
Known case of any other pelvic pathology or other pathology like TB, Carcinoma or congenital defformities of reproductive tract
Patient suffering from severe Insuline resistance, cardiac disease
