入选标准
- •Newborn infants with an APGAR score > 7 when measured 1 minute after birth
- •Infants who have not been previously vaccinated against poliomyelitis
- •Infants born at full term pregnancy with a birth weight >= 2.5 Kg
排除标准
- •Infants born before the 37th week of gestation or weighing less then 2.5 kg at birth.
- •History of immunization with â??zero doseâ?? of OPV.
- •Newborn infants who are participating in any other investigatory study.
- •Newborn infants currently receiving immuno suppressant drugs.
