Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Type 2 diabetics diagnosed for more than 5 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Type 2 diabetics who are not registered under Kasturba Medical College and Hospital.
- •2\. Type 2 diabetics on Insulin.
- •3\. Recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetics.
- •4\. Type 2 diabetics with co\-morbidities.
- •5\. Type 2 diabetics who are immune\-compromised suffering from terminal illness like cancer HIV or those who are under medical treatment.
- •6\. Type 2 diabetics who are critically ill.
- •7\. Type 2 diabetics who are on specific dietary restrictions.
