Inclusion Criteria
•Normal, Asymptomatic, healthy young adults of both genders.
•18 â?? 40 years of age
•Ability to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
•High Hamstring flexibility ( >90 degrees when measure using Passive Straight Leg Raising Test)
•Recent general surgery (past 12 months)
