入选标准
- •Healthy neonates born at (equal to or more than)35 weeks by vaginal delivery and not requiring early resuscitation.
排除标准
- •Major congenital malformation(eg. omphalocele, gastroschisis, cleft lip, Cleft Palate, Upper Respiratory tract illness) which prohibits early SSC or breastfeeding.
- •Maternal complication in immediate post-partum period
- •Neonates requiring early resuscitation
- •Mentally ill mother
- •Mothers having any dermatologic morbidity over chest andtrunk which prohibit skin to skin contact.
