Mobile application featuring trimester-specific pelvic exercise demonstration videos done by certified yoga practitioner.
End user: Pregnant women.
Support provider: Obstetrician
Resource provided through the app: 16 videos -demonstrating the steps of exercise, breathing patterns, frequency of exercises,benefits of exercises for both normal vaginal delivery and impact on mental health.
Target: Promoting normal vaginal delivery in primi gravida patients with no obstetric and medical contraindication to vaginal delivery, there in evaluating the impact of the pelvic exercises on normal vaginal delivery with the ultimate aim of improving maternal and neonatal health while minimizing the requirement for operative interventions.

入选标准
- •Antenatal women aged 18-35 years.
- •• Primi gravida •Singleton pregnancy.
- ••No contraindications for vaginal delivery.
- ••Willingness to participate in the study and adhere to the assigned intervention.
排除标准
- •Women who are Multi gravida •History of previous cesarean section or other pelvic floor surgeries.
- ••Known fetal anomalies or medical conditions complicating pregnancy.
- ••H/O any surgeries/ trauma to pelvis, cervix, limb, chest, lung, abdomen •Short stature •Autoimmune disorder.
- •Malpresentation •Multiple pregnancy •Cervical incompetence •Bad obstetric history •Psychiatric disorder.

Incidence of normal vaginal delivery.
时间窗: At the time of delivery( 4-5 months from mid trimester )
次要结局
- Adherence to pelvic exercises (measured using mobile application logs), mode of delivery (spontaneous vs. assisted), perineal trauma (episiotomy, tears), maternal satisfaction with childbirth experience (measured using validated scales), maternal mental health (measured using validated scales), feasibility of the app.(6 months)
