Inclusion Criteria
- •patients of either sex aged more than 60years
- •ASA physical status I\-II
- •Surgical duration more than 45 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia
- •2\. Patients unwilling to participate the study
- •3\.surgery duration more than 3 hours
- •4\.allergic to local anesthetic drugs
