Inclusion Criteria

The inclusion criterion for cluster is:
1. Type 1 and type 2 government health clinics.

The inclusion criteria for individual participant are:
1. HCWs who are working in the health clinics in Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya at least for the past one year.
2. The HCWs must be clinical personnel who are dealing directly with patients either medical officers, staff nurses or medical assistants.

Exclusion Criteria

The exclusion criteria for the individual participant are:
1. HCWs who currently working with IPC unit in the health clinics (such as link nurses).
2. HCWs who are on long leave during the time the study is conducted.
3. HCWs who are about to retire or posted to other places that cannot complete the study duration of six months, starting from intervention time until six months follow up.
