Inclusion Criteria
All elderly people over 60 years old with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis which were diagnosed with colonoscopy and colon biopsy included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
The elderly patients with indeterminate colitis , intestine functional disorder associated with IBD and bacterial infection simultaneously with IBD were excluded.
