American society of Anaesthesiologist class I and II patients
Body Mass index more than 25
Requiring Proseal laryngeal mask airway insertion
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.
2.Patients with oral and head and neck surgery.
3.Patients with history of gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
4.Emergency surgery.
