- •Having MS diagnostic criteria based on McDonald's criteria
- •being at the age group of between 25 and 40 years
- •Having no severe attack and recurrence of the disease
- •Scored above 14 in depression scale (DASS-21)
- •Scored above 25 in anxiety scale (DASS-21)
- •Scored above 19 in stress scale (DASS-21)
- •being able to communicate and collaborate
- •Having interest in the study as well as inclination to participate in it
