- •Have had GSM symptom in the past 30 days
- •Understand Thai language

- •Vaginal infection
- •Have been using vaginal hormone or moisturizer in the past 30 days
- •Estrogen sensitive cancer
- •Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
- •Allergic to intervention drug/moisturizer
- •Refuse to undergo vaginal exam or virginity
