Inclusion Criteria
nulligravid women with a normal pregnancy and an The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II.
Exclusion criteria:patients having bleeding or suspicious disorders, abnormality in vertebral column, infection in back, liver or kidney disease, taking anticoagulant and patient with hypertension of pregnancy or preeclampsia.
