1) Patients undergoing radical cystectomy requiring central catheterization for intraoperative fluid management, postoperative total parenteral nutrition.
2) 20 = age < 80
3) Patients who agree to participate in this clinical study
4) American society of anesthesia (ASA) classification 1 - 3
1) Infection at injection site
2) Anatomical abnormality of clavicle such as clavicle fracture
3) Suspected thrombus at insertion site
4) Anatomical abnormality of subclavian artery
5) Severe hypoxia, bulla at lung apex
6) Coagulopathy
