入选标准
- •1) Patients undergoing radical cystectomy requiring central catheterization for intraoperative fluid management, postoperative total parenteral nutrition.
- •2) 20 = age < 80
- •3) Patients who agree to participate in this clinical study
- •4) American society of anesthesia (ASA) classification 1 - 3
排除标准
- •1) Infection at injection site
- •2) Anatomical abnormality of clavicle such as clavicle fracture
- •3) Suspected thrombus at insertion site
- •4) Anatomical abnormality of subclavian artery
- •5) Severe hypoxia, bulla at lung apex
- •6) Coagulopathy
