Inclusion Criteria
Age between 18 and 60 years
Complaint of limb deviation in the form of leg braces (genovarum)
Candidate for osteotomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of previous knee surgery
Patients with a history of previous knee fracture
Grade 4 degenerative changes (Ahlbach classification) in the medial compartment
