- •Hospitalized
- •Signing informed consent and willingness of study participant to accept randomization to any assigned treatment a

- •Contraindications epinephrine including, hemorrhagic CVA, TIA, and acute MI
- •Heart rate > 100
- •History of allergy to epinephrine
- •Pregnancy and breastfeeding
