Brief Summary

In 3 patients with spasmodic dysphonia, some effects were observed both subjectively and objectively, but the reproducibility was poor and the duration was short.Other treatments (surgical treatment, botulinum treatment) were covered by insurance during the study period and could not show an advantage over those treatments. Although the effect was subjectively observed in essential voice tremor, no objectively significant improvement was observed. No significant effect was observed in psychogenic aphonia.

Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with voice disorder without organic disease in the vocal cords who received the Otolaryngology Department of the University of the Ryukyus.
2. SD patients who do not hope for surgical treatment or symptom is mild,or are no indication for surgical treatment, or the patient has operated but the symptoms remain.
3. Cases in which normal speech rehabilitation was performed for more than 3 months in all cases and there was no effect.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Cases of brain abnormalities such as epilepsy, cerebral infarction, and brain tumor.
2.Case in which there are scars or eczema on the head skin.
3.Cases with poor physical condition on the day of examination
