1. Patients who are diagnosed cases of PCOS as per Rotterdamâ??s criteria (attached as appendix IV) by the treating physician and taking treatment for PCOS for minimum 3 months.
2. Females aged 15-45 years willing to participate in the study.
1. Cushingâ??s syndrome, non-classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, thyroid abnormalities, androgen-secreting tumours and hyperprolactinemia
2. Symptomatic disease (liver, kidney, heart, CNS or other symptomatic diseases) and Malignancy disorders

Name Time Method 1.To evaluate the pattern of drug use in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients. <br/ ><br>2. To assess the adherence of physician in prescribing the medication following the Indian guidelines for the management of PCOS by Indian Fertility Society Good Clinical Practice: PCOS Guidelines and International Evidence based guidelines. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Single point (cross sectional study), 18 months duration.
