Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Preschool age (1 day to 6 years old)
- •2\. Elective cardiac catheterization
- •3\. Require general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
- •4\. Underlying disease : heart disease
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient who require uncuffed endotracheal tube
- •2\. Patient with abnormal head and neck anatomy
- •3\. Presence with tracheostomy tube
- •4\. Parents refuse
