Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Preschool age (1 day to 6 years old)
  • •2\. Elective cardiac catheterization
  • •3\. Require general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
  • •4\. Underlying disease : heart disease

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient who require uncuffed endotracheal tube
  • •2\. Patient with abnormal head and neck anatomy
  • •3\. Presence with tracheostomy tube
  • •4\. Parents refuse
