Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis De Quervains syndrome By History of pain at radial styloid side and Physical examination found that swelling, tender, crepitus and Finkelsteins test positive.
  • Decide to treat with non surgical method.

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of allergy to corticosteroid or lidocaine
  • History of surgery tendon
  • Abnormal anatomical structure
  • History of using steroid injection in 1 year
  • History of wrist fructure
