Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis De Quervains syndrome By History of pain at radial styloid side and Physical examination found that swelling, tender, crepitus and Finkelsteins test positive.
- •Decide to treat with non surgical method.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of allergy to corticosteroid or lidocaine
- •History of surgery tendon
- •Abnormal anatomical structure
- •History of using steroid injection in 1 year
- •History of wrist fructure
