Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients stable on medical therapy
- •Group I: Pulmonary hypertension, Group IV: chronic thromboembolic PH, Group V: PH with multifactorial mechanisms
- •Age 18\-50yrs
- •WHO functional class II\-IV
- •ECHO findings:
- •o Tricuspid regurgitant velocity \> 3\.4m/s,
- •o RA, RV and PA enlargement
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute myocardial infarction
- •Acute pulmonary embolism
- •Unstable arrhythmia
- •Acute renal failure
- •Acute heart failure (WHO group II)
- •Acute exacerbations of respiratory disease (WHO group III)
- •Severe neurological or orthopaedic problems
