Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients stable on medical therapy
  • Group I: Pulmonary hypertension, Group IV: chronic thromboembolic PH, Group V: PH with multifactorial mechanisms
  • Age 18\-50yrs
  • WHO functional class II\-IV
  • ECHO findings:
  • o Tricuspid regurgitant velocity \> 3\.4m/s,
  • o RA, RV and PA enlargement

Exclusion Criteria

  • Acute myocardial infarction
  • Acute pulmonary embolism
  • Unstable arrhythmia
  • Acute renal failure
  • Acute heart failure (WHO group II)
  • Acute exacerbations of respiratory disease (WHO group III)
  • Severe neurological or orthopaedic problems
