Inclusion Criteria
maxillofacial trauma patients with restricted mouth opening or difficulty in intubation, requiring surgery under general anesthesia and will be intubated using awake fibre-optic intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
age less than 18 years or more then 65 yrs, contraindication for nasal intubation, allergy to local anaesthesia, pregnancy and infection at local site.
